Culinary Background
My family came to Colorado over the Santa Fe trail and settled in Simla, Colorado. They worked as produce pickers for local farms, and that’s how they kept the family fed. I grew up learning about dutch ovens and cast iron cooking. From the time I could hold a whisk, I was in the kitchen with my family baking and cooking up amazing things. Now, I have found my new home in Wisconsin around the Neenah, Menasha, & Appleton areas. I have decades of professional experience and worked in every kind of kitchen from 4-star fine dining to pub & grill. I am I’ll make your dining experience unforgettable!
